Every September is National Quality Month. Chengdu Shirun combines the themes and opportunities of the National Quality Month to carry out the 2020 Quality Week activities. The theme of this event is "All employees work standardization Shirun Quality Zero Defects" in order to improve all employees Quality awareness and standardized management are the goal of continuous improvement and innovation for the goal of zero quality defects.

This activity combines theoretical knowledge training and on-site skill improvement to carry out: quality is in my hands signature activity; change point management knowledge training; inspection law special audit training & competition; change point management special audit competition; everyone is an inspector—— Test the competition; excellent team selection and other content. During the activity, the quality ownership of each group gradually emerged. Through special audit training/competition, employees' work skills and sense of responsibility have been enhanced; through inspections, weaknesses in the work are found, teamwork can learn from each other's strengths and improve together.
