| In July 2020, Jiangsu Hyrun organized a team building activity with the theme of surpassing oneself, uniting the team, and joining hands with Hyrun to create brilliance. A total of 72 employees and their families went to Kunshan Qiandeng Jingu Farm Base to participate in outdoor development training. In addition to enriching the spare time life of employees, they will further strengthen team cohesion, enhance the unity and cooperation ability between teams, improve quality and better serve customers, in order to adjust work pressure, relax the mood, create a passion, responsibility, and happy working atmosphere, so as to let everyone is better involved in the next work.
1. Warm-up activities

2. Form small teams
Divide into 3 teams through the game. Everyone negotiates to elect a captain and flag bearer for their team, choose uniforms, team flags, name the team, draw team name symbols, formulate slogans... Finally, the team leader authorizes the team flag to the flag bearer.
  
3. "60 seconds of extreme speed"
Within 60 seconds, find and arrange 30 cards represented by numbers or images from 1 in order. The team with the highest number of cards found in a unified time wins. The three teams are in serious and intense discussions...Through activities to cultivate the awareness of active communication among team members, experience the difference between one-way communication and mutual feedback, make it clear that the prerequisite for communication is empathy, and a scientific and systematic way of thinking to enhance the overall concept. 4. "Da Vinci Code" Decoding
The "Da Vinci Code" decoding battle requires all team members to have only one chance to turn over the A～K playing cards of the same suit in sequence. The team that takes the shortest time to complete wins, and two wins in three rounds. The "decoding" game allows participants to experience the importance of effective communication channels and communication methods to their work. Only by observing and obeying, executing rationally, and efficiently dividing tasks can the tasks be completed better.
