The project of aluminum bodyside outer die, jointly undertaking by Jiangsu Hyrun and one of our foreign customers, has been successfully delivered recently, the successful completion of this project means that Jiangsu Hyrun has the ability to manufacture aluminum panel die for auto body outside cover.

   Due to the increasing demand of lightweight, the development and manufacturing of the lightweight auto becomes the key trend currently. As a lightweight material with various excellent performance, aluminum becomes the first choice of the lightweight auto technology. As a result, independent design and manufacture of aluminum panel die are the main targets for Jiangsu Hyrun. Compared to the traditional steel panel die, aluminum panel die requests for higher die technology and welding process. During the production, Jiangsu Hyrun actively learned successful experience from the predecessors, explored and summarized by working with all the departments and finally completed the project on time.
