Because of the increasing order, considered the limited number of machines, in order to shorten the standby time of dies, improve the production efficiency and increase productivity, a new CNC machine, MCR-A5C, was bought on June19^th,2013 after the discussion of the company leaders. The machine was opened and installed on June26^th,2013 and finished on July18^th,2013 after several times of debugging by related departments’ staff.  Now it has been delivered and put into production.

The processing objects of Okuma CNC are large-sized workpieces. The CNC machine is a product designed of achieving a strong, high-precision, high production efficiency for the purpose and. high rigidity, running balance and smooth, enduring high accuracy as the basic principle. Therefore, from roughing to boring, processing capability has been greatly improved, and high-speed and high-precision process has become possible.
