In order to check whether the quality management system of our company meets the ISO9001:2008 standard and customer-specific requirements, the auditors were divided into group A and group B in July^9th,2013 to July^11th,2013 on the basis of audit plan. We carried out a more focused and comprehensive audit according to the content of "Quality manual "," program Files ", the customer-special requirements, laws and regulations, environmental requirements on the whole quality management system in various processes. The audit scope including design, production, manufacture and sale on checking gauge and fixture of automotive body panels die.

The internal auditor audited through conversation, consulting documents and records, on-site inspection and other ways one by one. There is no regional inconformity in the audit and no system defects in any process from files to performance. The company quality system runs effectively and we have the basic ability to realize the quality policy and achieve quality goals.

The audit team found problems during the audit of the company involved in the various departments, but they haven’t found serious non-conformities and customers’ complaints. The related departments with non-conformities seriously analyzed the reasons and took effective corrective measures. They finished the rectification work within a specified period of time so that the quality system would become more advanced and effective.
