To confront the increasing business and improve capacity, our company bought two NC machine tools recently after discussion with our company leaders.

The two machines was sent to Hyrun plant on May28^th,2013. Coordinating with relevant departments’ staff and suppliers, the debug work was finished on Jun9 ^th,2013 after several debug and practice, and now it has entered the trial processing stage. At the same time, with the increasing of the business and growing of die operation volume, one original electric flat carriage couldn’t meet the demand which lead to the long time waiting of the die operation. According to the principle of economy, cost reduction and waste reuse, the replaced and idle original electric flat carriage was transformed by relevant departments. They were completed successfully on May17 ^th,2013 with the positive coordination of relevant departments’ staff and joint effort of the workers. Now they have been come to use which not only save the operating time of dies and manpower and materical resources,but also improve the production efficiency.
